1. What is your return policy?
At Evotech LLC, we respect our customers and aim to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. We offer a 30-day return policy from the delivery date. You can return unused items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received for a full refund. There are no restocking fees involved. 2. How do I initiate a return?
To start a return with Evotech LLC, follow these steps:
- Log into your Evotech LLC account.
- Go to your order history and select the item you wish to return.
- Follow the prompts to generate a return label.
If you can’t access your account, contact our customer service for help.
3. What items are non-returnable?
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, the following items cannot be returned:
- Any used items or items showing signs of use
- Any items not in their original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error
4. How should I package my return?
It is recommended to use the original packaging if it’s still available. If not, use a sturdy box and adequate padding to prevent damage during transit. Please ensure to include all original accessories, manuals, and parts. Attach the return label to the outside of the package.
5. How do I return a large item?
For large home appliances, we will arrange a pickup at your location at no additional cost. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
6. Will I be charged for return shipping?
We understand that return shipping can be a hassle. At Evotech LLC, we cover all return shipping costs for items that are not damaged or misused. If the return is due to our error (for example, if you received an incorrect item), we will also cover the return shipping cost.
7. When will I receive my refund?
We aim to process refunds within 3-5 business days after receiving your return. Depending on your payment method, it could take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please refer to our Payment Methods for more information.
8. What if my item is damaged or defective?
If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our Contact Us page, and we will arrange for a return and send a replacement at no extra cost.
If you received a defective item, please contact our customer service within the 30-day return window. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or process a full refund, based on your preference.
9. What if I haven’t received my refund yet?
If you haven’t received your refund within two weeks of our confirmation email, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done the above and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service.
10. What happens if the item was a gift?
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. The gift-giver will not be notified of your return.
11. Are there any exceptions to the return policy?
Yes, there are a few exceptions to our return policy:
- Bulk Orders: For orders of 5 or more of the same item, please contact our customer service for return instructions.
- Customized Items: Customized items may not be eligible for return unless defective. Please contact our customer service for assistance.
